Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl; mix until just combined. Use a rounded 1-tablespoon measure to form mixture into meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.
- While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour. Cook, whisking constantly, for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn or brown the flour. Gradually whisk in the remaining milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Drain any grease from the meatballs. Add meatballs to sauce; toss gently to coat. Turn on lowest heat to warm. Add milk or water to thin sauce if too thick.
- Drain egg noodles and serve immediately topped with sauce, meatballs, and parsley.

KOREAN MEATBALLS AND NOODLES
This kalbi meatball recipe, adapted from the cookbook "Koreatown," is easy and quick enough to consider for midweek dinner. It offers the sweetly peppered, deeply satisfying flavors typical of many Korean dishes, and gives new personality to everyday spaghetti and meatballs. My favorite utensil for making ground meat mixtures, by the way, is an old-fashioned potato masher. The book suggests wrapping the meatballs in lettuce, but I tossed them with noodles in a sauce that exploited the brown bits left in the cooking of the meatballs.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place beef in a bowl.
- Combine honey, black pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, pear, onion, ginger, soy sauce and half the garlic in a food processor or blender and whirl until well blended. Mix with beef. Add egg and bread crumbs and mix again. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and arrange on the baking sheet with a bit of space between them. Place in the oven and bake 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 5 minutes for udon, about 8 minutes for linguine. Reserve 2/3 cup of the pasta water, then drain pasta.
- When meatballs are done, transfer them to a bowl and scrape pan juices into a sauté pan. Heat on medium, add remaining garlic and cook briefly until it starts to color. Whisk in gochujang, then pasta water. Simmer about 3 minutes, until sauce reduces and starts to thicken. Reduce heat to low, add noodles and toss in sauce. Add meatballs and mix gently. Transfer to a warm serving dish or individual bowls, scatter with scallions and serve.

Tips:
- Choose the right meatballs: Pre-made frozen meatballs can save time, but homemade meatballs offer more control over ingredients and flavor. Look for recipes that use a combination of ground beef, pork, and veal for the best texture and taste.
- Make sure the meatballs are cooked through: Meatballs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked properly.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what will really make your BBQ meatballs and egg noodles dish special. Choose a sauce that is thick, rich, and flavorful. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own from scratch.
- Don't overcook the noodles: Egg noodles cook quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. Cook them according to the package directions, or until they are al dente.
- Serve immediately: BBQ meatballs and egg noodles are best served immediately after they are made. The meatballs will be at their best when they are hot and juicy, and the noodles will be perfectly cooked.
Conclusion:
BBQ meatballs and egg noodles are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. With a few simple tips, you can create a dish that is sure to impress your family and friends.
