Tips:
- For the perfect blend of flavors, use a combination of beef and lamb mince.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different spices and herbs to create a unique flavor profile for your filling.
- If you want a milder filling, reduce the amount of chili powder or cayenne pepper.
- If you want a spicier filling, add more chili powder or cayenne pepper, or even a touch of finely chopped habanero pepper.
- For a richer filling, use full-fat yogurt or sour cream instead of low-fat or non-fat yogurt.
- If you want a lighter filling, use a mixture of yogurt and milk instead of all yogurt.
- Be sure to drain the potatoes well before adding them to the filling, otherwise they will make the filling too watery.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can grate the potatoes and onions by hand.
- You can make the filling ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
