1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half

Steps:

  • Cook beef in 12-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • Stir water, carrots, butter, pepper, rice mixture and contents of seasoning packet into beef. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until rice and carrots are almost tender.

1 cup uncooked converted white rice
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 cup canned corn
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
½ cup ketchup
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Steps:
