Number Of Ingredients 16

2 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
1 ½ tablespoons white pepper
1 ½ tablespoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 pounds pork spareribs
½ cup distilled white vinegar
12 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles premium lager
1 (20 ounce) bottle ketchup
1 (10 fluid ounce) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ cups maple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup liquid smoke flavoring
½ cup margarine
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup honey mustard

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix garlic powder, white pepper, seasoned salt, onion salt, and oregano.

Tips:

  • Choose the right beer. Belgian beers are known for their complex flavors and aromas, which can add depth and richness to your marinade. Some good options include Belgian ales, stouts, and lambics.
  • Use fresh ingredients. The fresher your ingredients, the better your marinade will be. This is especially true for the beer, which should be as fresh as possible.
  • Let the marinade do its work. The longer you marinate your meat, the more flavor it will absorb. For best results, marinate your meat for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Don't overcook the meat. Overcooked meat will be tough and dry. Cook the meat to the desired doneness, and then let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the meat with a delicious sauce. A good sauce can help to enhance the flavors of the meat and make it even more enjoyable. Some good options include a Belgian beer sauce, a mustard sauce, or a horseradish sauce.

Conclusion:

Belgian beer marinade is a delicious and easy way to add flavor to your meat. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a marinade that will tenderize and flavor your meat, making it perfect for grilling, roasting, or baking. So next time you're looking for a new way to cook your meat, give Belgian beer marinade a try.
