MILESTONE'S BELLINI

Milestone's Bellini image

Milestone's has this wonderful peach bellini (kind of like a slushy) that is full of flavour. We think we have come up with a perfect combination. I use a blender but a slushy machine would be awesome. I freeze a bunch of batches of the 7 Up/Peach mixture and take them out when they are almost frozen but still slushy.

Tips:

  • For the best Bellini Slushie, use fresh, ripe peaches. Frozen peaches can be used, but they will not have as much flavor.
  • If you don't have peach puree, you can make your own by blending peeled peaches with a little bit of sugar.
  • Use a good quality Prosecco for the Bellini Slushie. A cheap Prosecco will not taste as good.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar in the Bellini Slushie to your taste.
  • Garnish the Bellini Slushie with a fresh peach slice or a mint sprig.

Conclusion:

The Bellini Slushie is a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a summer cocktail, give the Bellini Slushie a try. You won't be disappointed!
