2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
2-1/2 cups water
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni, quartered
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
10 slices French bread, toasted
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, bring the tomatoes, soup and water to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Mash with a potato masher. Add the pepperoni, red and green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, sage, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. , Ladle into ovenproof bowls. 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 1/2 cups water

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef, drain.
  • Stir well.
  • Bring to boil stirring occasionally.

1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 teaspoon dried basil
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

This recipe is inspired by my son. When he had his wisdom teeth taken out he desperately wanted pizza and I refused to put some in the blender. I searched and combined a few other recipes to come up with this. I think it would be good with green pepper and mushrooms but my family is picky!

1 small onion, diced
1 quart beef broth
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
½ cup diced pepperoni
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tablespoons granulated garlic
1 ½ tablespoons dried minced onion
1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano
4 ounces dried cheese ravioli
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
