It even beats every restaurant we've ever been to. The two of us can eat this whole bowl in one sitting, and enjoy every bite. I'm so happy to share it with you. Now Taco Tuesday can be any night of the week! Serve it with tortilla chips, or use it to top tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, burritos, and more.

1/2 cup salsa, La Victoria, medium strength
1/2 onion, chopped, fine

  • Add the other ingredients and "mush" everything together.
  • Keep it a bit chunky, serve with chips or on top of sandwiches, etc. Try some before it goes out to the masses, or you may not get any (that's why there's no picture, either)!

Tips:

  • Use ripe avocados: The riper the avocados, the creamier and more flavorful your guacamole will be.
  • Choose the right avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or black in color, and that have a slight give when you press them gently.
  • Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice adds a bright, acidic flavor to guacamole that balances out the richness of the avocados.
  • Don't over-mash the avocados: You want your guacamole to have some texture, so don't mash the avocados until they are completely smooth.
  • Add your favorite toppings: Guacamole is a versatile dish that can be customized to your liking. Some popular toppings include chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños.
