OUR FAVORITE MOST AMAZING GUACAMOLE
My husband and I tried a ridiculous amount of guacamole over our decades together, but no recipe ever hit home for us. After much experimenting, I finally created a recipe we can't get enough of. It even beats every restaurant we've ever been to. The two of us can eat this whole bowl in one sitting, and enjoy every bite. I'm so happy to share it with you. Now Taco Tuesday can be any night of the week! Serve it with tortilla chips, or use it to top tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, burritos, and more.

I made this recipe because I was tired of bland guacamoles that called for only 3 or 4 ingredients. It's all about the FLAVOR.

ALMOST-FAMOUS GUACAMOLE
We think we've cracked the code to Chipotle's famous guacamole. The secret--using equal parts fresh lemon and lime juice - adds just enough brightness and tang. If you're feeling fancy, go all out and add a couple tablespoons of diced tomatoes.

Steps:
- Cut in half, seed and peel all avocados. With one of those tomato slicer things (multiple blades in a frame with a handle), slice all the avocados long-wise and then reslice them cross-wise (drop into bowl as you do the slicing).
- Add the other ingredients and "mush" everything together.
- Keep it a bit chunky, serve with chips or on top of sandwiches, etc. Try some before it goes out to the masses, or you may not get any (that's why there's no picture, either)!

Tips:
- Use ripe avocados: The riper the avocados, the creamier and more flavorful your guacamole will be.
- Choose the right avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or black in color, and that have a slight give when you press them gently.
- Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice adds a bright, acidic flavor to guacamole that balances out the richness of the avocados.
- Don't over-mash the avocados: You want your guacamole to have some texture, so don't mash the avocados until they are completely smooth.
- Add your favorite toppings: Guacamole is a versatile dish that can be customized to your liking. Some popular toppings include chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños.
Conclusion:
Guacamole is a delicious and healthy snack or appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy texture, rich flavor, and endless variations, guacamole is sure to please everyone. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack, give guacamole a try. You won't be disappointed!
