1 (15 ounce) can chili

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
4 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 large onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 cup boiling water
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, layer half each of the meat, potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with half each of the salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Dissolve bouillon in water; pour over all. Top with tomatoes. 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup milk
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain fat.

1 large onion (chopped)
1 (8 ounce) package noodles
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes or 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 can white corn

1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 onion (chopped)
1 (2 cup) package cheddar cheese (Shredded)

  • Add ground beef and onions to skillet and fully cook.

1/2 yellow onion (chopped)
1 (12 ounce) jar ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
1 (14 ounce) can cut green beans, drained (all others will urn to mush)
2 cups grated medium cheddar
6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon salt
