Stir in the eggs, one at a time, and then the vanilla until the mixture gets very shiny and smooth, about 2 minutes. Your arm may get tired but t10 more stirs and you are done! Now rest for a second, and then fold in the flour. The batter will be very thick.
- Spray two 12-cup nonstick mini muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Scoop scant 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup, depending on size of tins. Bake until the centers have just set, 6 to 8 minutes. Cool briefly and then invert onto a plate or quarter-sheet tray. While the brownies are upside down, poke 1 piece of broken chip into the bottom. Turn right-side up and serve.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, Worcestershire, egg, and salt and pepper, to taste. With a whisk, mix the ingredients until egg is broken up and incorporated. Add the meat and with your hands, mix until thoroughly combined. Shape the meat mixture into 4 even patties, to fit the size of the kaiser roll, and put a 1/4-inch slight dimple in the middle of each patty to allow it to cook evenly.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Alternately, heat a grill to medium (350 degrees F) and rub the grate with a towel dipped in oil.
- Heat the broiler on low heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet, and cook for about 4 to 6 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook another 4 to 6 minutes for medium-rare burgers. Alternately, grill the patties uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4 to 6 minutes. Top each patty with a piece of cheese and put under the broiler to melt the cheese. Alternately, close the grill top, and cook until the cheese is melted.
- For the each burger, spread the bottom of the roll with 1/4 of the mayonnaise. Put the burger on the mayonnaise and top with 2 slices of the bacon and some of the onions. Cover with the top of the roll and serve.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the onions and bay leaf, in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, and then bring to a boil. When the mixture comes to a boil, stir in the onion. Remove the pan from the heat and add the bay leaf. Let sit at room temperature until cool, at least 1 hour.
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
BARBECUED BURGERS
I can't take all the credit for these winning burgers. My husband's uncle passed down the special barbecue sauce recipe. We love it on everything...it was only natural to try it on, and in, burgers. Add cheese and bacon to take them over the top. -Rhoda Troyer, Glenford, Ohio

BRANDI'S BEST BURGERS
These burgers are definitely crowd pleasers! Perfect for family get-togethers and summer cookouts. They are complimented nicely by baked beans and potato salad. Serve between sesame seed or whole wheat buns and, if desired, plenty of lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. I also like to use Hickory flavored wood chips when I BBQ to add additional flavor to the meat. If you use wood chips, soak them in water for about an hour, then spread them over the hot coals just before grilling.

BIG BAD BARBECUE BROWNIE BURGERS
Er, it's not really a brownie. I hope that hasn't thrown you off or anything. This is my all time favorite burger that was served at Sanfords, before they removed it from the menu and looked me strangely when I tried to describe it. Oh, well, I won't let the man get me down. It's pretty much default for me these days to use lighter ingredients, but of course feel free to do as you please.

Steps:
- Prepare burgers as you usually would. I like to season mine with dried parsley, onion flakes, pepper, and season salt. 1 lb of ground beef (for me) equals four burgers.
- Grill burgers to your preference.
- Top grilled burgers with a goodly amount of cream cheese, then deli ham on top of cream cheese. Top it all with a dollop of barbecue sauce. My husband likes his with a pineapple slice, but I like it without.
- I usually whip up some oven fries, potato salad, or (if I'm feeling bogged by the week) chips as a side.

Tips:
- For fudgy brownies, use a 9x13 inch baking pan. For cakey brownies, use a 9x9 inch pan.
- Do not overmix the brownie batter. Overmixing will result in tough, dry brownies.
- For a chewy brownie, use a combination of granulated sugar and brown sugar. Brown sugar adds moisture and chewiness to the brownies.
- To prevent the brownies from crumbling, chill them for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
- For a fun twist, try adding chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or marshmallows to the brownie batter.
- If you are using a burger press, make sure to grease the press before using. This will help prevent the brownies from sticking.
- To make sure the brownie burgers are cooked through, insert a toothpick into the center of a burger. If the toothpick comes out clean, the burgers are done.
- Serve the brownie burgers with your favorite toppings, such as ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
Conclusion:
Barbecue brownie burgers are a delicious and unique way to enjoy brownies. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or any other casual gathering. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make these tasty treats in no time. So next time you are looking for a fun and easy dessert, try barbecue brownie burgers. You won't be disappointed!
