Tips for Making the Best Black Bean Avocado Chicken Wrap

* **Choose ripe avocados.** Ripe avocados are creamy and have a rich flavor. To check if an avocado is ripe, gently press on it. It should give slightly to the touch. * **Use fresh ingredients.** Fresh ingredients will give your wrap the best flavor. If possible, use organic ingredients. * **Cook the chicken properly.** The chicken should be cooked through but not overcooked. Overcooked chicken is dry and tough. * **Don't overstuff the wrap.** A wrap that is too stuffed will be difficult to eat. * **Serve the wrap immediately.** A wrap is best when served immediately after it is made. If you need to make the wrap ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
