2 lbsmussels
2 tbsolive oil
2 tbsbutter
1/2 cupshallots; thinly sliced
1 tomato; diced
2/3 cupblue cheese
1/2 cupwhite wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Salt
1 tsphot pepper flakes
Parsley; to decorate

Steps:

  • Clean and de-beard your mussels if necessary Heat the oil and butter in a saute pan (with preferably heavy bottom) over high heat. Add the shallots and pepper flakes. 1 cup hard apple cider
