1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

1-1/4 cups fat-free milk
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed

1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. ⅔ cup milk
2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
1 (7 ounce) package Martha White® Banana Nut Flavored Muffin Mix, or Whole Grain Banana Nut Muffin Mix
1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups berries, sliced strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries

1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries

Steps:

2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana (1 medium)
2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2-1 cup blueberries

Steps:

  • Stir first four ingredients in medium bowl.
  • Make a well in the center.
  • Beat next four ingredients in a small bowl.
