  • To make topping: Whip cream with sugar and spread on top of blueberry layer.

  • ****NOTE:IF YOU MAKE THE NIGHT BEFORE,DON'T WHIP THE CREAM UNTIL SERVING TIME.

Tips:

  • Use fresh blueberries: Fresh blueberries have the best flavor and texture, but frozen blueberries can also be used. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them completely before using.
  • Choose ripe blueberries: Ripe blueberries are plump and have a deep blue color. Avoid blueberries that are wrinkled or have soft spots.
  • Wash the blueberries thoroughly: Rinse the blueberries under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  • Do not overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the muffins tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin cups evenly: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Do not overfill the cups, or the muffins will rise too much and spill over.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature: Bake the muffins at a high temperature (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for the first 10 minutes. This will help the muffins rise quickly and develop a golden brown crust.
  • Reduce the temperature and continue baking: After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking the muffins for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: Let the muffins cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
