LYCHEE LAGOON PUNCH

Lychee Lagoon Punch image

'This is one of my top choices for summertime parties where you don't want to shake individual cocktails all day. It's a very simple recipe that only takes one bottle each of two liqueurs along with club soda. The liqueurs are lychee liqueur and blue curaçao, which combine for an intriguing fruity blend. Lychee Lagoon Punch looks like a tranquil blue lagoon when mixed and has the potential to be a stunning presentation with the right punch bowl and decorations.' • If you want a sweeter punch, add more simple syrup or grenadine to taste.
  • To make a layered Blue Lagoon Punch, first pour the blue curaçao into a glass, then carefully add the lemonade, and finally top with the vodka.
  • Garnish your Blue Lagoon Punch with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, or a twist of lemon for an extra special touch.
  • Make sure to use a good quality vodka for the best flavor. A citrus-flavored vodka would be especially nice in this punch.
  • Serve the Blue Lagoon Punch immediately after making it, or it will start to lose its color.
