This is a concoction I made when my BF thought a drink was not enough potent. So this is for 2 drinks. Or 1 tall glass like a hurricane glass maybe.

1 ounce white rum
1 ounce peach schnapps
1 ounce vodka
2 ounces pineapple juice
5 ounces orange juice
1/2 lime, juice of

Steps:

  • Put everything in the shaker with ice.
  • Shake and strain in 2 cocktail glasses or 1 hurricane glass.
  • Can be garnish with a lime slice, orange slice or any fruit you want ;).

I wanted a sangria but didn't find a recipe, so I invented this one. I used grapefruit juice. I don't see that often in sangria. It's not too bad.

2 1/4 cups dry red wine (Merlot)
1/4 cup Grand Marnier (any orange liqueur)
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
carbonated water
fruit

  • Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher except the carbonated water.
  • Put in the fridge for a few hours.
  • Serve in glasses with ice. Top with carbonated water. Garnish with a slice of orange or any other fruits.
