  • This makes a two-pound loaf.

  • I made mine with the bread machine set at medium crust. It came out a little darker than I'd like. The next time I'm going to use the light crust setting.

If it looks too wet, add flour a tablespoon at a time until it looks OK. Most of the time though, the above amounts should be just right.

½ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
3 eggs
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup water
¾ cup white sugar

6 cups all-purpose flour, plus
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
2 cups pineapple juice
3/4 cup sugar
