Tips:
- Choose the right sausage: Use a sausage that is flavorful and has a good snap to it. A spicy sausage will add a nice kick to the dish.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the sausage, make sure to not overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the sausage from cooking evenly.
- Use a large skillet: A large skillet will give the broccoli and sausage plenty of room to cook without overcrowding.
- Cook the broccoli until it is tender-crisp: Broccoli should be cooked until it is tender-crisp, but not mushy. This will ensure that it retains its nutrients and flavor.
- Season the dish to taste: Season the dish with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices to taste.
- Serve immediately: Serve the broccoli and sausage with rice immediately. This will ensure that the dish is hot and flavorful.
