Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients in advance: Chop your veggies, boil your eggs, and measure out your spices and seasonings before you start cooking. This will make the cooking process much smoother and faster.
  • Use a sharp knife: A sharp knife will make it easier to cut your vegetables and herbs evenly and will help you avoid accidents.
  • Don't overcook your vegetables: Overcooked vegetables can become mushy and bland. Cook them until they are just tender-crisp.
  • Season your food to taste: Don't be afraid to add more spices and seasonings to your dish until it reaches the desired flavor.
  • Let your braid rest before slicing: This will help the braid to hold its shape and prevent it from falling apart.
