1 cup butter, softened
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING:
1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
TOPPING:
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat flour into creamed mixture. Divide dough in half. Shape each into a disk. 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups swiss cheese, grated
1/4 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
3 eggs
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch black pepper

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside. Reduce heat to 375 degrees.

1 egg
1 teaspoon flour
3/4 cup cooked broccoli, chopped

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
