2 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon mccormick perfect pinch italian seasoning
1 teaspoon mccormick garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon mccormick black pepper, coarse ground
1-1/4 cup milk
4 ounce (1/2 package) cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound frozen fried potato nuggets

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut up any large broccoli or cauliflower florets into bite-size pieces.
  • Set aside.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  • Add onion; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Stir in flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  • Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted.
  • Add vegetables; toss gently to coat.
  • Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese.

10 oz can broccoli cheese soup
2 cups sour cream
3 cups grated cheddar cheese, (divided)
1/2 cup onion, (finely chopped)
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 3 quart baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir soup, sour cream, 2 cups cheese, onion, butter, salt and pepper together until well combined.
  • Add tater tots and stir until well coated.
  • Spoon into 3 quart baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese.

1 med green pepper, diced
1 lb bag frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 lb bag frozen tater tots
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large skillet, brown ground beef seasoning with salt and pepper (according to taste). Add onions and peppers, cooking until tender.
  • Meanwhile, microwave broccoli according to package directions. Add soup and broccoli to meat mixture in skillet, stirring well to combine.
  • Spread meat mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Place frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

1 large onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
butter-flavored cooking spray (such as Pam®)
2 pounds ground beef
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup (such as Campbell's®)
3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)

Steps:

  • Place onion in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with water. Microwave on High until soft, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
