1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt, optional

1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons canola oil

Steps:

  • Steam broccoli for 1-2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
