1 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 lemon, juice of
2 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon English mustard
1 head garlic, chopped
1 cup olive oil
3 cups salad oil

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients, except oils.
  • Add olive oil and salad oil.

The paper said Brown Derby used this dressing on their Cobb Salad. I'm interested to try it because I'm always looking for good homemade salad dressings.
