Pinch salt
2 tablespoons whole milk
4-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon grated orange zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

⅓ cup shortening
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
