1 cup confectioners' sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup chopped almonds

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cream butter and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour and mix well. Stir in almonds. 1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups chocolate chips
2 cups sweetened coconut
2 cups chopped almonds
