1 small head of cabbage, cored and cut into wedges (about 2 1/2 lbs)
1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced

1 lb kielbasa, cut into 3-inch pieces

¼ cup water
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 large head cabbage, cut into small wedges
1 pound Polish kielbasa

Steps:

1 (15 ounce) can sliced potatoes

2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 head cabbage, roughly chopped
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
1/8 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 large bay leaf
1 1/2 lbs smoked kielbasa, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
