Caesar Crusted-Chicken - Recipe

  • Use fresh chicken breasts. If they are not available, you can use thawed or chicken breast cutlets.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even size. This makes them cook more evenly and helps incorporate seasonings better.
  • Use high-quality Caesar croutons. This is the key ingredient in this recipe, so choose them wisely. Look for croutons that are made with real Parmesan cheese and have a good, crunchy texture.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese finely. This will help it to adhere to the chicken breasts better.
  • Make sure the chicken breasts are fully coated. If they are not, they will not cook evenly and will have a less flavorful crust.
  • Cook the chicken breasts over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from browning too quickly on the outside and undercooking on the inside.
  • Flip the chicken breasts periodically as they cook. This will help them to brown evenly on all sides.
  • Serve the Caesar-crushed chicken with your favorite sides. Some good options include Caesar-dressed greens, mashed or baked sweet or russet white-potato, air-fryer roasted broccoli and cauliflower, or a quinoa/rice pilaf.
