2 small garlic cloves, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bottled mayonnaise

Tips:

  • For a creamy Caesar dressing, use mayonnaise instead of sour cream. You may also add a small amount of milk or water to thin the dressing to your desired consistency.

  • To make a vegan Caesar dressing, simply omit the Parmesan cheese and anchovies. You can also use a plant-based mayonnaise or sour cream.
  • For a healthier Caesar dressing, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. You can also use low-fat or fat-free sour cream.
  • Serve Caesar dressing with a variety of dishes, such as salads, grilled chicken, or fish. You can also use it as a dip for vegetables or bread.

Conclusion:

With its creamy texture and tangy flavor, Caesar dressing is a versatile condiment that can be used in a variety of dishes. Whether you're making a classic Caesar salad or simply using it as a dip, Caesar dressing is sure to please everyone at your table.
