Craving a caesar salad but not a fan of romaine lettuce? Caesar pasta salad is a delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring cooked pasta instead of lettuce. Pasta is tossed with a creamy, garlicky Caesar dressing, then topped with crunchy croutons, salty Parmesan, and fresh leafy greens, creating a dish that's packed with flavor and different textures. It's a versatile side dish that can also be a light and satisfying meal on its own, perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
