Tips:

  • Select ripe and fresh ingredients: The quality of your salsa will depend on the quality of your ingredients. Choose tomatoes that are ripe and juicy, and use fresh cilantro, onion, and jalapeƱo peppers.
  • Chop your ingredients evenly: This will help to ensure that your salsa has a consistent texture and flavor.
  • Don't over-mix your salsa: Over-mixing can make your salsa watery and bland. Stir your salsa gently until the ingredients are combined.
  • Taste your salsa and adjust the seasonings as needed: Add more salt, pepper, or lime juice to taste.
  • Serve your salsa immediately or chill it for later: Calico salsa is best served fresh, but it can also be chilled in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Calico salsa is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used to add flavor to a variety of dishes. It is also a great way to use up leftover vegetables. With its bright colors and refreshing flavor, Calico salsa is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
