1 candy cane, finely crushed
Light corn syrup, for rimming the glasses
3 oz whipped cream vodka
3 oz white chocolate liqueur
3 oz peppermint schnapps
4 oz half-and-half
Ice
Mini candy canes, for garnish

Steps:

  • Pour the light corn syrup on to a small shallow dish. Pour the crushed candy canes onto another small shallow dish.
  • Dip two martini glasses first in the corn syrup, then in the crushed candy canes.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Add the half-and-half to the cocktail shaker, and swirl to combine.
  • Divide the cocktail between the two martini glasses, garnish with a mini candy cane and serve.

Steps:

  • Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy.

sugar
30 ml vanilla vodka
30 ml peppermint schnapps
40 ml white chocolate liqueur
30 ml half-and-half cream
1 small candy cane (mini)

Steps:

  • Prepare 2 saucers. One with some grenadine syrup drizzled onto it & the second with about 1/2 tsp of sugar sprinkled onto it.
  • Dip the rim of the glass first into the grenadine then into the sugar.
  • Half fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add the vodka, schnapps and choc liqueur and shake.
