¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated onion

Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor. If fresh cranberries are not available, you can use frozen cranberries that have been thawed.
  • If you don't have cranberry juice, you can make your own by boiling 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Then strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve.
  • You can use any type of vodka you like for this cocktail. However, a good quality vodka will give you the best results.
  • If you don't have lime wedges, you can use lemon wedges instead.
  • Serve the Cape Codder cocktail immediately after making it. This will prevent the ice from melting and diluting the drink.

Conclusion:

The Cape Codder cocktail is a refreshing and easy-to-make cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to enjoy the flavors of cranberry and lime. Whether you are hosting a party or just relaxing at home, the Cape Codder cocktail is a surefire hit.
