Tips:

  • Use fresh marshmallows for the best results. Stale marshmallows will not melt properly and will be difficult to work with.
  • Do not overcook the caramel. Overcooked caramel will be hard and brittle.
  • Be careful when melting the caramel. Caramel can reach very high temperatures and can cause serious burns.
  • Work quickly when dipping the marshmallows in the caramel. The caramel will start to set quickly, so you need to work quickly to get them all coated.
  • If you want to make chocolate-covered caramel marshmallows, let the caramel marshmallows cool completely before dipping them in the chocolate.

Conclusion:

Caramel marshmallow buttons are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a sweet snack. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make these delicious treats that everyone will love.
