Tips:
- Use skinless, boneless chicken breasts: This will help the chicken cook evenly and quickly.
- Pound the chicken breasts thin: This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from drying out.
- Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade will help the chicken breasts absorb flavor and stay moist.
- Cook the chicken breasts over medium heat: This will help prevent them from burning or drying out.
- Baste the chicken breasts with the marinade: This will help them stay moist and flavorful.
- Cook the chicken breasts until they are cooked through: You can check this by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken breast. The internal temperature should be 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken breasts rest before serving: This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
