Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh, crisp snow peas. If you can find them, flat snow peas are easier to eat whole.
  • If you don't have roasted cashews, you can make your own by roasting raw cashews in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • To save time, you can use store-bought crispy wonton strips. However, if you want to make your own, simply cut wonton wrappers into thin strips and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  • For a sweeter salad, add a tablespoon or two of honey or agave nectar to the dressing.
  • If you're looking for a more substantial salad, add some grilled chicken or shrimp.

Conclusion:

Cashew snow pea salad is a light, refreshing, and flavorful salad that's perfect for a summer meal. It's also a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. If you're looking for a healthy and delicious salad to add to your repertoire, this is the one for you.
