3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
6 slices bacon, cooked
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 scallions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon French's yellow mustard
⅔ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 2 cups salad dressing
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 lbs bacon, raw diced
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 bag baby carrots

Steps:

  • Mix the salad dressing, ranch mix, cheese, onion and sugar together.
  • Brown the bacon until crispy, drain and add to salad dressing mix and set aside.
  • Clean the vegetables into bite size pieces, drain well.
  • Slice the carrots and mix with the other vegetables.

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 cup fresh italian parsley, roughly chopped
¼ cup tahini
1 clove garlic, grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
