Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounces cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1 teaspoon xanthan gum

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Grate the cheese (you should have approximately 2 cups).
