½ cup onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, grated
cherry tomato, sliced
pickle, sliced
romaine lettuce, chopped
sesame seed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a greased muffin tin, place five tater tots into each cup. Press the tater tots with a spoon into a cup shape.

1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 pound ground beef sirloin

1 32-ounce bag frozen potato tots
Ketchup, yellow mustard, dill pickle chips and toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Steps:

  • Make the cheese sauce: Toss the cheese and cornstarch together in a bowl until totally coated. Set a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the evaporated milk.
