These aren't anything complicated. With five ingredients, they take only a few minutes to put together. You don't have to throw a cheesecake party to serve these....just saying.....

Categories     Other Appetizers

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb Large strawberries
8 oz Cream cheese, softened (can use 1/3 less fat)
3/4 Tbsp Powdered sugar (4 tbsp for a sweeter filling)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hollow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.
  • 3. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe, sweet strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Use a sharp knife to hull the strawberries so that you don't tear the fruit.
  • Make sure the cream cheese filling is cold before stuffing the strawberries, or it will be too runny.
  • If you're using a piping bag to fill the strawberries, make sure the tip is small enough to fit inside the fruit.
  • Dip the strawberries in chocolate or glaze them with a mixture of sugar and water for a sweet and shiny coating.

Conclusion:

Cheesecake-stuffed strawberries are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They're a great way to use up leftover cream cheese, and they're always a hit with guests. Whether you're serving them as a dessert, an appetizer, or a snack, these stuffed strawberries are sure to please.
