Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain and set aside. In the same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, onion and green pepper; cook and stir until crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes. 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
⅓ cup diced white onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
½ pinch garlic salt
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

12 ounces egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
6 green onions, including some of the green part, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook egg noodles per package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
