1 package (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets thawed
1 package (16 oz) frozen cauliflower florets thawed
2 tbsps butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsps flour
1 tsp McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
1 tsp McCormick® Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1 1/4 cups milk
4 oz (1/2 package) cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pound frozen fried potato nuggets

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut up any large broccoli or cauliflower florets into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Add vegetables; toss gently to coat. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese. Top with potato nuggets.
  • Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until heated through and potato nuggets are golden brown and crispy.

6 ounces rotini pasta, boiled and drained (1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups broccoli florets, partially cooked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons

Steps:

  • Toss pasta, ham, 1 cup cheese, broccoli, and green pepper together in a large mixing bowl; combine miracle whip and milk; stir into pasta mixture until everything is coated.
  • Pour pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9x13" baking pan; top with croutons and remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Note: Using 8 ounces rotini pasta (2 cups) made the casserole somewhat dry, so I decreased that amount to 6 ounces or 1 1/2 cups dry pasta.

Steps:

  • Heat cream of chicken and cheddar cheese soups with one can of water in saucepan. Add broccoli when heated. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Line bottom of dish with tater tots. Add broccoli and cheese mix as well as chicken. Top with the rest of the tater tots and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 50 mins. Note: To cut down on cooking time you can boil chicken first & heat for about 25 mins.

1 small onion, diced
½ cup milk
5 large eggs
