1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
3 cups half-and-half
8 oz Gruyère or Swiss cheese, shredded (2 cups)
3 cups fresh kale, coarsely chopped
2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Pierce sweet potatoes with fork; place on cookie sheet.
