1 can (12 oz.) premium chunk white chicken breast
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Habaneros, undrained (for a little less spice use RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies)
5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup milk (if you like a slightly thinner sauce, add a little more milk)
fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • COOK spaghetti according to package directions, omitting salt. While pasta is cooking, add remaining ingredients to a skillet; cook and stir over med. high heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • DRAIN spaghetti, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Add to chicken mixture and gently combine ingredients. Spread in a 13×9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with a little chopped cilantro.

2 cups frozen broccoli
8 oz penne pasta, or rotini pasta, uncooked
1 package cream cheese, cubed

1 cup milk
1 package Tasty™ Fiery seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (12 ounce) package dried jumbo shell macaroni
2 large green bell peppers, chopped
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can fiesta corn
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 (10 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
1 (8 ounce) package four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
1 cup green onion, diced
2 cups nacho cheese flavored chips, crushed
guacamole, sour cream, cilantro (optional)

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • cook pasta for about 8-10 minutes rinse and drain. set aside.
  • in skillet, cook peppers and jalapeno in hot oil over med. heat for 5 minutes.
  • stir in chicken, black beans, corn, seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. cook for 5 mins, stirring twice.
