- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic, and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beans are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- In 2-quart saucepan or 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, until onion begins to brown. Remove from saucepan; cover to keep warm.
- In same saucepan or skillet, cook beans as directed on bag; drain. Stir in onion mixture; cook until thoroughly heated. Add cheese; toss gently to mix.

CHEESY GARLIC GREEN BEANS
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Wash your green beans, getting rid of any leaves or long stems. I like to cut off the ends of mine.
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan and lay your green beans down in the pan. It's okay that they over lap or stack on top of each other.
- Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of olive oil over your green beans.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese over your green beans and toss until well incorporated in the pan.
- Top green beans with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until beans are cooked through and cheese begins to bubble.
