1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (8 ounces) frozen fully cooked breakfast sausage links, thawed and cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Unroll dough; place in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Press onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides to form a crust. Top with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs in a bowl; add remaining ingredients. Carefully pour over cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 12 pieces.

8 ounces hot pork sausage
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 loaf rye cocktail bread

Steps:

  • Cook hamburger meat and sausage in pan until no longer pink, drain grease.
  • Cut in Velvetta Cheese, then add remaining ingredients.
  • Spread 1-2 T. of mixture on each cocktail rye, place on greased baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

3 cups biscuit mix, such as Bisquick
1 pound spicy sausage (uncooked)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
8 ounces aged white Cheddar, grated
8 ounces sharp yellow Cheddar, grated
1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco (or to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 2 baking or cookie sheets and set aside.

Steps:

1 (8 ounce) can fruit cocktail
¼ cup butter, softened
⅓ cup white sugar
1 egg
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
½ cup flaked coconut
¼ cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Steps:

  • Drain the fruit cocktail and reserve 1/3 cup of the syrup. Add the 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry syrup to the reserved fruit cocktail syrup. Chop the drained fruit, and set it aside.
