Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) cherry pie filling
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained well
1 can(s) eagle brand milk
1/2 c coconut flakes (optional)
1/2 c miniature marshmallows (optional)
1 medium container cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together cherry pie filling, drained pineapple, eagle brand milk, and coconut flakes.
  • 2. Fold in cool whip and mix well with previous ingredients, then mix in marshmallows.
  • 3. Chill in fridge 3 hours or overnight.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe cherries for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh cherries, you can use frozen or canned cherries that have been thawed and drained.
  • If you don't have kirschwasser, you can use another cherry-flavored liqueur, such as cherry brandy or cherry vodka.
  • Be careful not to overcook the cherries. They should be cooked until they are just tender, but not mushy.
  • Serve the salad immediately after making it, while the cherries are still warm.

Conclusion:
