Tips:
- Use a variety of cheeses for a more flavorful lasagna. A combination of mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta is a classic choice.
- Don't overcook the chicken or ham. Overcooked meat will be tough and dry.
- Use a good quality pasta sauce. A homemade sauce is always best, but a store-bought sauce can also be used.
- Layer the lasagna in a 9x13 inch baking dish. This will ensure that the lasagna is cooked evenly.
- Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. This will allow the lasagna to set and make it easier to slice.
