Tips:
- Choose ripe but firm pears for the salad. They should be slightly soft to the touch, but not mushy.
- Use a variety of greens in the salad. A mix of baby spinach, arugula, and romaine lettuce is a good option.
- Add some nuts or seeds to the salad for extra crunch. Walnuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds are all good choices.
- Use a light vinaigrette dressing for the salad. A simple dressing made with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper is a good option.
- Serve the salad immediately after making it. This will prevent the pears from browning and the greens from wilting.
Conclusion:

The sweet pears and savory chicken pair perfectly together, and the greens, nuts, and dressing add extra flavor and texture. This salad is also very easy to make, making it a great option for busy weeknights.
