Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and ensure that your stir-fry cooks evenly.
- Use a hot wok or large skillet: This will help you get a nice sear on your chicken and vegetables. If your wok or skillet is not hot enough, the chicken will steam instead of fry.
- Don't overcrowd the wok or skillet: If you add too much food to the wok or skillet at once, it will not cook evenly. Cook the chicken and vegetables in batches if necessary.
- Stir-fry the chicken and vegetables until they are tender: The chicken should be cooked through and the vegetables should be slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add the sauce last: This will help prevent the sauce from burning. Stir the sauce into the chicken and vegetables until they are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately: Stir-fries are best served hot and fresh from the wok or skillet.
Conclusion:
Chicken honey nut stir-fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
