  • Mise en Place: Before starting to cook, ensure all the required ingredients and equipment are ready. This will help streamline the cooking process and prevent any scrambling during preparation.
  • Prep the Ingredients: Cook the chicken and kielbasa thoroughly to ensure food safety. Slicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cooking it until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is recommended. Similarly, cook the kielbasa until it is no longer pink. Dice the onion and celery into uniform-sized pieces for even cooking.

  • Control the Heat: Regulate the heat while cooking the curry to prevent burning. Cook over medium heat and stir frequently to ensure even cooking and to avoid sticking. Adjust the heat as needed to maintain a gentle simmer.
  • Add Vegetables: Feel free to incorporate your favorite vegetables into the curry. Consider adding chopped carrots, bell peppers, or green beans. These vegetables will enhance the overall texture and nutritional value of the dish.
