2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
¼ medium onion, chopped

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup milk, or more as needed

1 teaspoon dried rosemary
salt to taste
½ (10 ounce) package frozen peas, or to taste

Olive oil cooking spray
1 ¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness

1 (16 ounce) jar Ragu® Classic Alfredo Sauce
1 ½ lemon zest
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, for serving

2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/3 cups water
3/4 cup milk
